Ark Homes & Construction customer reviews

Work with this company responsible great pricing highly recommend

Ark construction did a great job on my deck. My deck came with some unique things that had to be worked around and Paul was amazing at getting things the way I wanted them in non-conventional ways (like getting a sun shade to hang on the slanted side of the roof). The team that worked on my deck were very polite and even helped me when I was struggling with another project. I WILL use them again on other remodels.

My experience with Ark Homes & Construction has been nothing short of a blessing. Paul helped me with my renovation and I am very much satisfied. 5 star builder and better yet a good hearted person. If you need anything big or small he is the guy to call.

This company delivers impressive craftsmanship, reliability, a strong schedule, and excellent communication. Employees are notably kind and polite. They arrived promptly, provided an estimate quickly, began work within our timeframe, and completed the task at the promised time.

Paul and his team salvaged a 2nd story deck at a house I was staying at recently. Superb quality.

Paul and his team were prompt, professional and budget conscious. Also, had it not been for Paul, we would not have found a very serious problem that would have negated all the work he had just done to restore my flooded kitchen and dining room. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ark Homes and Construction.

I highly recommend Paul and his team at ARK Homes and Construction. They exceeded every expectation, turning an incredibly stressful situation into a smooth, well-managed process. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for their help. Walking into my home and discovering that my water heater had cracked—flooding multiple rooms and even seeping underneath the house—was nothing short of a nightmare. The shock and overwhelming sense of panic left me unsure of where to even begin. I had never dealt with anything like this before, and the stress felt completely unmanageable. From the start, Paul at ARK Homes and Construction handled everything with professionalism and expertise. He coordinated with KY Water Damage Restoration, reassured me that they had extensive experience dealing with these situations, and gave me confidence that I didn’t have to navigate this disaster alone. Every step of the way, Paul kept me fully informed through texts, phone calls, and videos or pictures of the work being done. I always knew what was happening and felt confident that he was addressing issues properly—not just providing a quick fix that could cause problems later. He always gave me the final say in decisions while offering expert recommendations that I truly valued. On top of everything, I had to make major design decisions—things most homeowners plan for over months or years—within just 24 to 48 hours. I was worried I’d rush into choices I’d later regret. But Paul’s extensive experience, eye for design, and guidance made all the difference. Thanks to him, I not only felt confident in my selections but am in awe of the final outcome. I loved my home before this disaster, but after the work Paul and his team did, it is beyond anything I could have imagined. It doesn’t just feel repaired—it feels completely transformed, more beautiful and polished than ever. What truly stood out was how Paul and his team went beyond just completing the necessary repairs. They took extra steps that weren’t required—small details that made a big difference in the overall look and feel of my home. Whether it was refining finishing touches, making sure everything blended seamlessly, or simply taking pride in the quality of their work, they treated my home as if it were their own. It wasn’t just about fixing damage; it was about making everything look even better than before. Beyond their skill and professionalism, what truly sets Paul and his team apart is their character. They are not just highly competent—they are genuinely kind, trustworthy, and caring people. From a law enforcement perspective, trust is everything and I had complete trust in them throughout the entire process, knowing they always had my best interests in mind. I’ve already shared my experience with friends and coworkers because I can’t imagine going through something like this without Paul and his team at ARK Homes and Construction guiding the way. Looking at my home now, I couldn’t be more grateful. ARK Homes and Construction turned a disaster into something truly stunning, and I am so thankful for their expertise and craftsmanship.

10/10 bathroom remodel. Would definitely recommend. Flawless floor, tile and cabinet installation along with paint and finishes!

Paul and his team did an incredible job on our project! From start to finish, Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. He treated our home and project with the same care and attention to detail as if it were his own. We’re so happy with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to use Ark Homes & Construction again

No nonsense team of lads who put their pride into all of their work. We were moving in from out of state and hired Ark Homes & Construction to build out an office space from an unfinished attic. I was so impressed with everything that was done, superb craftmanship. They also changed out the carpet and repainted the whole interior of the house. Couldn't be happier. I've hired them for some additional smaller projects over time as well and every time it's the same result: quality work that builds a relationship and contractor I want to keep calling back, not just a single transaction.

Paul and his crew were fantastic. They've done multiple jobs around our property. They built our custom horse barn and all the items to go along with it. They built a personalized horse mounting platform to my specifications, installed the water main, automatic horse waterers, solar lighting and wash stall. Once the price was approved, he had tractors working on it and they never lagged on the project. We were so impressed with that work we had him put a roof on our patio deck. He gave us a great estimate which we approved right away, and he had ten carpenters there within a week. Everything was professional and well-built. We love it. Paul has since stopped by to make sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. We were happy to have that follow-up. He always personally answers his phone. Whenever I’m working on a project at the house and have a question, he is always available and freely makes suggestions. Our neighbors noticed the quality of the work going on at our house, and asked for his contact information. They have since had their home improvement work done by Paul and are thoroughly pleased also. Bruce Boyer

Almost too good to be true! So seamless….they’re prompt, professional and all the other qualities you want and expect in anyone you’re trusting with your home.

I had the pleasure of working with Ark homes on several projects and they have outstanding quality work. They do everything from remodel to building custom homes. On a particular remodel project they completely transformed the home and made it into a beautiful sanctuary utilizing every sq foot of space! They were reliable, on time, updated me throughout the process with great communication. They also told me the timelines of what materials were ordered and what to expect every step of the way. There were alot of details that they put into the home that made it custom and beautiful the whole project was designed and well thought out with many of their ideas and suggestions! I would definitely recommend Ark homes for All your remodeling, building and construction needs!

We used Ark Homes & Construction for a complete rebuild of our second story deck. They built a 10x32 deck, a 10x32 patio and a 10x14 awning above the deck. I could not be more pleased with the end result. Paul was very clear with pricing, his team was always clean and professional. There were occasions where the progress seemed slow, but that was due to weather or material availability delays. Whenever work was able to be done it went very fast and smooth. I had several requests to change scope through the project and Paul was always willing to accommodate. There were even a few additions to improve the overall look of the deck that I didn’t specify but am extremely pleased with. I could not recommend them any higher. If you want a fair price with a professional result, use these guys.

Paul and his team completed an outdoor patio/deck for us. He is very professional and communicated every step of the way. He personally came out at the beginning of the project, checked in during the build and made sure everything was 100% what we wanted before they finished. I would highly recommend him for any and all home projects. He is very honest and fair pricing.
